Hi I'm Daz, running coach with 20 years experience in the field of endurance, strength and conditioning. After a heart problem in 2016, I started running to help my overall fitness. This developed into a love of endurance events, competing and training to be the best athlete I could be. In 2019 I qualified in Sprint Duathlon for Team GB at my first attempt and competed at the European Championships in 2020. Through my years in S&C and now with the knowledge I have gained through experience and by learning from the best in the field, I specialize in endurance events, running, cycling and duathlon.
